How to Use 
Step 1: Self-purchasing 2 AA batteries, pay attention to anode and cathode of the battery while installing. 
Step 2: Press "set" button, clocks flashes.
Step 3: Press " +" button to set the clocks.
Step 4: Press "set" button and repeat the above steps to complete the local time setting.
Step 5: Press "mode" button to set the feeding time and dispensing time, the time adjustment is the same as above.
